Method

ACS Training adheres to the following procedure after the instruction has been confirmed :

• The functional and technical requirements are investigated and defined by means of intake interviews
  with all relevant parties
  
  
• This information is transformed into a functional design (project objectives) and a technical design
  (course objectives, or learning objectives)
  
  
• Following the acceptance of the design, the courses are planned and delivered
  
  
• During the project, the progress is monitored and communicated to the customer in a continuous
  feedback, and in a formal evaluation on completion of the project
